Situado nos fundos do Madureira Shopping e na futura expansão da Via Light e próximo da futura TransCarioca,4 possui uma ampla estrutura de lazer, onde contempla quadras para a prática de esportes tradicionais do subúrbio como bocha e skate, ciclovias,bosques e riacho. tem também a Praça do Conhecimento, uma lan house pública e a Praça do Samba onde possui um formato circular com os símbolos das duas maiores escolas de samba tradicionais do Carnaval carioca: Império Serrano e a Portela, no chão.5

O parque é totalmente sustentavel e conquistou o selo Aqua (Alta Qualidade Ambiental), desenvolvido pela Fundação Vanzonili, em parceria com a Escola Politécnica da USP e o francês Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment (CSTB). O parque possui centro de visitantes com iluminação movida à energia solar, sistema de irrigação que evita desperdícios, reutilização de água da chuva e 400 lâmpadas LED.

  

(Situated at the back of Madureira Shopping and future expansion of Light and Via near future TransCarioca, 4 has a large leisure facilities, which includes blocks for the practice of traditional sports like bocce and suburban skate, bike paths, woods and creek. Square also has the Knowledge, an Internet cafe and public square where Samba has a circular shape with the symbols of the two largest traditional samba schools of Rio Carnival: Portela and Império Serrano, in chão.5
